Keyhole Limpet Help

I noticed a keyhole limpet in my tank about a month ago. It is an inch in diameter and only comes out at night. I don't have any sps corals except for a scroll coral (though they are usually listed as lps) and I haven't seen the limpet near the coral.
Two Questions:
1. Should I take this thing out of my tank because it might do harm to my corals or whatever else?
2. If I should take it out, how should I catch it?
Last night I tried to catch it. It was a complete fail because it would not come of the rock it was on. The thing held on for dear life and no matter what I tried I couldn't pry him off. I have seen a lot of various traps out there but have no clue if they work. Any advice would be helpful, thanks.

i think there ok with LPS. they feed off of algaes and stuff.
they are known to eat SPS though. so keep that in mind.

ive personally never had a problem with limpets. They are herbivors! At most i can see them bothering the coral by being on it but not eating it!

I guess I will leave him in the tank and keep an eye on him. Thanks for the responses.
