KH 200 in tank; 170 direrct from RO/DI unit

SO, what should I do? Are KH levels this high dangerous? Obviously, my actual water is pretty hard and so doing a water change isn't gonna help much. Suggestions? TIA, Jeanne

How did you get a KH reading of 200? Does your test kit read that high? Have you been adding buffers? What are your alkallinity and pH readings?
