I have been told numerous times that you cannot put an angel in with any type of angel. Period, don't do it.

It's not impossible to keep 2 angels together. I've seen it done. It might be best to add them at the same time. Since those 2 look quite a bit different, that should help

i'm a big fan of angels and know a lot about them as you can tell by the name. i would not, i repeat, i would not put a koran and a flame in a 55. not only because of the size of the fish but the size of the tank is not big enough to try and put 2 angels like this together. if you had a 125 or higher i'd say ok go for it but definitely not a 55.

A Koran angel will outgrow a 55 in short order. This is a fish that would need a tank in the 180 gallon range as it matures. Keeping centropyge angels along with larger species is not hard, but you need the right set up to pull it off. Hold off on any large angel until you have a large tank.

i forgot to mention that the size of the tank will determine the amount of the aggression the angels will have towards eachother. the decor will also have something to do with it.
