Koran Angel

We have had our Koran Angel for about 1 month. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that he is looking a bit gray in color maybe even transparent. The LFS told me that he was just changing from jr colors to adult, ok fine. Then a few days ago it was almost like his mouth would not close, it was stuck open, did not do any heavy breathing at all, shy'd away from greens. Anyway, this morning he is laying on the bottom of the tank barely alive. Not a clue as to what is going on or even how to help him. I did take a Hippo tang from the tank and put him in QT because of ich, and he is doing fine with the garlic in his food. Any ideas or is this just the breaks.
Water tested at
Amonia 0 (actually slightly about zero but not .20)
nitritate .20
nitrite can not remeber but normal
ph 8.0
alk 1.020
sorry for the estimates on the water prams
Thanks

When 1 fish in the tank has ich, then all fish are decontaminated. Could this fish be suffering from ich that you have not noticed? Get a magnifying glass and give him a good look-see.

I don't think it was HLLE. Anyway, when I came home from work he was in the big tank in the sky. We lost him. I did take a good look at him and did not notice any thing out of the ordinary on his body. The only thing weir was that he was almost transparent. I thought that I fed him well, frozen brine and mysis shrimp along with seaweed.
