Kryptonite Candy Cane Corals

I was in a LFS recently and saw some Kryptonite Candy Cane's....Gorgeous! They had been fragged off of a soft ball sized piece...each piece had maybe 2-3 branches...so your getting 2-3 candy canes. They were 59.00 per frag. That seems like a lot to me. Is it just because they are rare or something?

I'm not exactly sure how rare they are, but they look amazing under good light... $59 for 2-3 heads is a bit much, though.

I don't think of them as rare. They are pretty though. They grow quick so a three head frag won't take long to become your own colony.$59.00 seems steep to me but every area has its own prices.
