My laptop won't stay connected to the internet. It will connect and after a couple minutes I lose signal. It opens the troubleshooter and then says there is an issue with the wireless adapter and the sitekey is not recognized. What is wrong?

Sounds like the wireless gizmo gave out...If you have a remote one handy to use as a test....you can disable the laptops and use a USB port to plug into the internet, if it still does it I woud say it's the server, if it works, the gizmo in the laptop is bad.
I had my desktop remote wireless go bad, and it did exactly like what you discribe. I replaced the wireless gadget and it never did it again.

The wireless modem may be the trouble in your laptop. Plug a USB cable directly from the router and see if your laptop recognizes the network. If it does, the problem is, most likely, your modem or modem software. If you narrow it down to the modem, google driver updates for your modem and see if that solves it. If new drivers doesn't fix it, you'll probably need to replace your wireless modem or get an external wireless modem.
