Larry the LOBSTER Ambushed for Silverslide!

Just fed LARRY and he got ambushed by my two brittlestars, they wrapped him up like the movie 20000 leagues under the sea and the giant squid! But do not fret Larry fought them off and prevailed!

Wow. I had no idea starfish were like that. They look so peaceful. What about choc chip stars? I want to get one, but I like my "can't we all just get along" tank and don't want to add a bully.

To answer KarenM....no, chocolate chip stars, or any "normal" star will not go after food in such a vengence, just brittlestars of sizeable porportion, and especially green brittlestars!!! They have been known to eat smaller fish.
