late night project help please!

Hoping someone is still awake out there! I am trying to rewire a ballast into my 4 lamp nove extreme T5 unit. My husband and I are baffled. I bought 2 54 watt T5 HO ballast. The new ballast has on the left side a green(ground), 1 black, 1 white wire (both to power), the right side has 2 blue wires and 1 red wires. When unwiring the non working ballast, the left side has 4 yellow, and the right side has 2 red and 2 blue. ????? Any ideas on how to hook this up? Thanks.

Most ballasts have a wiring diagram on the ballast label, or perhaps there is some paperwork that came with the ballast that shows a diagram.

Looks like the old ballast was a 4 lmp jobber, this nrew one is a two lamper.Is this correct?
On the two lamper, red wire goes to all four connections for TWO BULBS on one end of the fitxure. The Blues go to both pins on one bulb per blue wire....Make sense?

well we finally gave up last night! Both new and old ballast say they are for 2 lamps. We looked online at other ballasts and even those didnt match diagram wise. The old ballast is made by sunpark. The new one is by ballastwise. We may end up trying to rewire it to work. Alot harder than we expected, of course if they had been the same, they would have been ok.
