Lawnmower Blenny

I have a lawnmower blenny that i purchased a few days ago. He has been eating hair algae, and is looking good, Only thing that im worried about is, his mouth is always like halfways open. Is this normal? if not does anyone have any info or suggestions? thx

Yea, thats the way they are...the "duhh" look is always on. Nice that yours eats hair algae, mine wont touch it. I wouldnt consider having a tank without one.

I ended up with one of these by accident, and he never ate any prepared foods, because he was busy eating all the alge in the tank, he really cleaned of my decorations. I had him about 3 weeks now and he has finally started to eat regular foods, and he stills cleans alge. Mine does not keep his mouth open all the time tho....

Hey, my watchman goby has that DUH look too. That's why I got him.....
