Leathers and SPS?

I've read on a couple of threads on here that you shouldn't keep leathers in the same tank as SPS...is this true? I have two little toadstools.

I have a toadstoal and 2 other leathers, soon to be 3, and I have 5 pieces of SPS with no issues in my 75G. Just run some carbon in your tank and that should help. Also give them some space, I did notice LPS doesn't quite like leathers, so I keep my leathers a bit of a distance from my LPS and SPS.
I even fragged one of my leathers in the tank and nothing happened. Don't try this if you don't run carbon as the leathers release way too many toxins.

I think I remember reading that toadstools aren't as bad as other types of leathers, but run carbon regardless. As long as the tank isn't packed with them I don't think you'll have too many issues.

Ok, good to know! I don't let any of my corals touch unless they are splits off of eachother or zoos. :) (and give a BIG margin around the hammer/torch and colt)
