LED light

Well searching around for lighting Options for my tank I came across this. My tank is only 12inchs deep. Would this work to keep low to mid light corals or most likely not? This is all the info I could find on this light. I am not sure what other info would be needed when it comes to LED.

I don't know the specs of any of the LED's and the only ones I've seen in person have been the Solaris set ups.

That guy has had them on his tank for a year now.
