I just bought a used 12 gallon aquapod. I broke down my 36 gallon and fraged my mushrooms, pollups, and zoos and transfered them along with my 2 clown fish, cleaner shrimp, pistal shrimp, watchman Goby and clean up crew.

The guy that sold it to me knocked off $30 bucks becuase the LED lights didnt work. Do I need these? What are they good for?

Led lights are good for viewing hitchhikers at night. And helping corals spawn or whatver but that never happens. And they look pretty damn cool.
Not a must, but just nice to have

Agreed....I have mine on a timer that only has them on when no other lights are on.
