LED vs PC Lights

Hey Everyone,
Right now I am running Coralife Power Compact lighting on my 29g. I see these LED systems popping up all over for a fairly reasonable price. Is the LED any better or should I stay with PC?

It depends on the LED system you're looking at. Some are really only meant for accent lighting in a reef tank or to be used on fish only tanks, but some are much, much better than PC lighting is.

My end result in my tank would be a nice anemone (sp?) with some clowns. The LED lights I saw was daylight mixed with the blue light but I wouldnt be able to fit both hoods (PC and LED) on the top of my tank. The fans on my PC are soooooo annoying they rattle so that is why I am looking at other options.
