LEDs and Anemones

I have had a marineland "reef capable" led lighting system on a 35g hex FOWLR for about 2 months now. Its the 18" - 24" version and seems to be bright enough for what I need.
My Question is do you think it would be enough for an anemone?
I've heard they will support Soft Corals and other low light softies.... I'm new to corals so i'm not sure how to even start shopping for stuff like that. haha
Any advice would be appreciated!!!

They will not support an anemone. They're fine for most soft corals and some LPS, but anemones and SPS need much better than what these lights produce.

What corals would you recommend? And, as far as water chemistry goes what should I be most aware of?
Keep the nitrates low at least under 20 to keep any corals looking happy. Leathers like lots of water current. Xenia likes a gentle constant current, mushrooms like the quiet areas in the tank, so water flow plays a part besides light and water quality. So check to see what area you want to put something and choose a coral that would like that spot. If you create a high flow area and shade it there are some nice non-photosynthetic coral like the carnation and chilli corals. Make some caves and don't limit yourself with light needy corals. The really bright pretty stuff like sun corals like it dark.
Kenya tree
Medusa tree coral
mushrooms
polyps
xenia up high in the tank (likes the light)
zoa
Stubby finger leathers
toadstool leathers
Frilly leather close to the top
Cabbage/lettuce coral
