Lemon Peel Won't Eat

I just got a Lemon Peel last Saturday and have him in a Qt. He has not eaten since I put him in the tank. I have tried Flake, Frozen Briine soaked in Selcon, open mussells, Nori, and he just won't eat anything. Any suggestions.........

Can you post for me the tank levels? (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, kH, temp, and salinity)
Was the fish eating at the LFS?
How did you acclimate him?

I guess now it's a mute point. All the water quality was perfect. I bought a Hippo at the same time. He was eating last night like it was going out of style but die today. I have not had any luck with QT's. There is an 85% loss rate using it. When I qcclimate them to my 90 i have an 85% sucess rate and they stay alive. I just move him to the larger tank and will just wait to see what happens.
