All you photo people need some advice.....Anyone know of a good telephoto lens and macro lens for the Canon 40D. Don't know squat about cameras....All help greatly appreciated......

IMO, you cannot beat the Canon 100mm 1:1. Most of my pictures are taken with that or my 50mm.

I'll be looking for pictures! I had the 40D before my current camera. You're gonna hate the lens at first. And then as you learn it, you'll love it.

I think that's my biggest issue right now I haven't worked enough with this camera, but I know I need alittle more than the stock lens.
