Yes, the Blue Throat Trigger is considered reef safe. There are some others, but I don't know which ones they are.

i do want one for my tank. i think possibly the blue jaw trigger. i like the crosshatches, but along with being pretty expensive, it will get too big for my tank.

as u can see hes in a tank full of corals clams and other bite sized fish and he does not touch a thing!
very pretty fish fun to watch and only cost me $20 not bad ...
blue throats and cross hatches are awesome too but the crosshatches are pricey!

these should be your reef safe triggers; although every fish has its own personality so always keep a close eye on them at first!

Awesome pictures, do any of you have shrimp in your tank? I may be interested in a pink tail if it leaves my scarlet shrimp alone.

thanks yeah its a nice lookin active fish and what a pig it eats so much food!
anyways i dont have any shrimps in my tank so i dont worry about that
i might try one down the road again and see if he eats it or not but other then that hes really peaceful!
