Wow!!! I love the color of that 1... How long did it take to grow that size?

He's so little!! But he's also quite new, and growing like crazy allready (all the thin parts on the edges since i got him on feb 14th) Sorry about the blurry pic, but you get the idea.

The red one is in the background. Don't have a picture of just it.

Here's a pic of mine awhile ago. I think it's grown since then...

My Australian chromis is very curious and always a camera hog :D
I wish I had a top down pic, then it would look it's full size.

Quick question:
I'm getting a 3" or 4" frag of Orange Cap on Saturday at our club meet and was wondering how quickly does it grow to be a nicely formed coral?
I'll have it in a tank with 2x250MH fixture (75g tank).

Monti's won't grow for a couple of months while they are adjusting to your tank.
Like any sps corals, they need high lighting, low nitrates, and plenty of calcium and magnesium to grow. Also, some have argued to feed oyster eggs periodically to an sps tank.
I've never fed oyster eggs before, and have always fed DT's Phytoplankton, however I have always had good results.

I must say you have some very nice corals, I like this one especially. It looks similar to the red hot chili pepper monti. Where did you get this one from? Do you have a FTS or a thread with more pics of your tank?
