Use romaine lettuce if you are going to go that route. Head lettuce does not have any vitamins whatsoever! Another choice is seaweed selects for vegetarians. They love it!

Ask someone at your grocery store to help you pick out romaine lettuce. It's really better than head lettuce. The greener the better to be honest.

ive heard that you can feed them romain lettuce, but that it is not as good on their digestive tracks. you really should get some sea veggies or sea weed selects or something made for fish.

I have been feeding my tang and angle romaine for a while they love it. I wash it off with water before feeding it to them and don't leave it in the tank to long it will start breaking apart. Good Luck

Just looking I have a lawnmower blemmie and 2 tang's. One Ocean Tang, the other is a Naso. I would never feed them any lettuce. Romane or whatever. I beleive that they would not be eating lettuce in the ocean, so why feed it to them at all. I have used the dried seaweed from the lfs.
Just my opinion.......... :)

would you eat copepods? if your not going to eat something a fish would eat, then why would you feed your fish something you would eat? just joking with you, but as i stated above, i heard you CAN feed it to them, but that you should not, because like Shel said, thats not their normal food, and ive read its bad on their digestion. and we all want healthy fish. good luck.
