I have a 220 and im getting ready to move in my new house so the tank will be moved soon and will be a in-wall tank and i need to level the floor where the tank will be. Can i just box in the area like 7x3 and put some self leveler concrete in or what.

You got it.
You can add some bonding milk and acrylic hardener to just plain vinyl concrete if doing a skim coat or a thin new pad. Add a retardant to extend the drytime for yourself to work and play with it and you will amaze yourself with how clean a job you can do.
If your familiar with basic concrete work for patting and screeting when needed then laying a true level skim coat should be a breeze.
I wouldnt go with the levelquick. Its best used when its going to be under another layer of material such as a new tile floor. For example to rid a bathroom of a slope before you lay the tile.
To put structure directly on it I am not so sure I would trust since its crumbly and easily scarred. (levelquick)
Vinyl concrete does not have the stone agregate in it so you can go much thinner than normal and its vinyl base is more flexible so for thinner layers it is less prone tp cracking or peeling up.
Knock yourself out and take loads of pictures..........
