Where are you exactly in Tampabay area? I have had awesome luck with Mini Reef in New Port Richey. (727-869-7333) There is a guy there by the name of Eric who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Its a little way from you.
But Nolans Aquarium Superstore in Lakelaknd is pretty freaking good.

They have some good deals most of the time.
They do reconditioned tanks, new tanks, Giant tanks. Fish, Lights and everything you could possibly need.
They carry a good range of live Corrals too.
I got myself a nice SPS Frag for $8, and some Polyps for $5.
They do Live rock for $5.50 a lb, and base rock for $2.25 (or 2.50 i forget).
