lfs's in the cities

go to a small shop that has sw fish with knowledgeable people that work there and go to more than one some times you might have to drive a little further but it might be worth it. i live in chicago but drive out 5 or so miles to my lfs even though i have one a few blocks away but the prices r to high and they seem to lack the sw knowledge (great for equipment though)

Those are just some of them... there are tons. Look in the yellow pages you will find many more. Those are 3 I know of that have good stock. The people that work there aren't all that knowledgable in some cases but if you research the fish you want to buy yourself before you buy it you won't have to ask them for their input.
