I have a very big Domino Damsel that I have for 3 years, hes almost 4inch long. I have him in my 29g now, But Im converting my 150 to aggressive. I plan on having, some triggers, a puffer, lion, eel, tang, and angle. I would like to put my damsel in there as well but Im affraid he will end up food. What should I do?

He might be able to hold his own in a 150 gal tank. I've seen a big domino damsel like that before and he was definitely the alpha in the tank he was in. I don't know though, if I've had him for over 3 years, I'd probably have an attachment to it and wouldn't want to risk it.

My Three stripe Damsel is only 2 1/2" long and he's in with a 14" Lion and 15" Grouper trigger and Puffer...
He's the only one that "bites" ME when I stick my hand in there...

he should do fine in the agressive being the size he is im quite sure he can hold his own.when introducing new fish with him make sure to rearrange the rockwork as you know they are very territorial.add trigger very last.

I would do the opposite as unleashed said. For the fact those dominos at adult size are nasty and pesty. Not too often people buy Trigs at a 5+" sized so I would put your Trig in first. And shortly after add the damsel so the Trig/s can't totally claim the whole tank.Would hate to see a nice Hummu thats probably 4x the price of a gaudy domino get nipped and pecked to death.I've seen this in the past thats why I'm mentioning it.Eventhough the Hummu (for ex.) has the teeth to match their triggertude in most cases you'll put a Trig in a new enviroment and they 'll be submissive. To descibe it better say you put a 3" CT in your 150GL after acclimation you enter him in your tank. The shock from the new enviroment has him peacefully puttering around only to have this $5 beast hammering the crap out've his tail, dorsal and pelvic fins.Eventhough the CT could turn and defend him/herself successfully they won't in general for the fact of being in new territory.Damsels are fast, hardy, and are tough and tumble enough to hang with Trigs in your tank.

Here is my stock list(in no pecticular order):
12" Snowflake Eel (I have now, in another tank)
4.5" Domino (I have now, in another tank)
4-6" Clown Trigger
4-6" Huma Trigger
4-6" Queen Trigger
4-5" Voltian lion
4-5" Puffer (dont know which one)
4-5" Imperor Angle
4-5" Power Blue
The Domino and one of the triggers are not a must if that will overcrowd the tank.
My filter system is setup to handle the bio load:
ASM g3, 25w UV, 29g fuge w/ dsb, 200lbs lr, 3" ls in display, phosphate reactor, fluval 304 w/ chem-pure, and with the skimmer sump, fuge and return sump I have around 200-210g of water. I also have two tunze 6060 (1600gph ea.) and a mag 18 return (900gph) so im turning my water almost 30x

First if you plan to put any Trigs on your list in the tank I would not put in a Volitan Lion. There is a chance the Lion would be unbothered but not worth the risk. You have lots of water movement and filtration but in the longterm plan not enough space for everything. In general the Queen Trigger is more or less compatible with only water and rocks and even sometimes will chew the crap out've a showpiece rock you may have in your tank! I would think if you put a 4" Queen in after your SFE and domino and it was a docile specimen it would work for sometime.Once the Queen started to pack on the beef and fill out I would say the domino is on the menu. Not to mention a fully grown Queen Trigger will need a bigger tank at adulthood, but would definately be happy in the 150GL for some time. I would say the Hummu is the best Trigger for your tank setting from your list. They don't get massive and are more passive than the CT and Queen. So by your list this is what I would add in different scenarios.
#1 SFE,Domino,ClownTrigger,Toby puffer
#2 SFE,Domino,Hummu,Toby,PBT
#3 SFE,Domino,Volitan Lion,PBT
#4 SFE,Domino,Hummu,Angel
#5 Queen Trigger
Lots of options as those are just a couple only in my opinion. The domino could be nippy towards the Lion, and if your getting your Triggers at half a foot long I would definatley put them in last. I'm sure others will chime in but thats just what I would do. Another nice combo would be:
SFE.domino,Toby,Hummu,Harlequin Tuskfish,PBT

arent triggers , epecially a few of them, notorious for picking on the lions and nipping at them,?? i didnt think the lion/trigger combo would work at all? thatw ould be great if osmeone else canc hime in here and help me out. alot of people are pretty much asking if they can houe a trigger/lion together and from what ive read that is NOT a smart choice at all , but i could be wrong. I just always though one of them will end upp dead , and that the triggerws can easily nip on the lions fins without being poisened

Thanks for for the help but I feel all of those list are understocked... I dont see a problem w/ this list:
SFE, Clown Trigger, Hummu, Emperor Angle, Puffer, niger, and even a lion but from this post and some reading the lion might not work out, so maybe a PBT
