Life on LR, what is it???

I have noticed something growing on my LR and I am not sure what it is. This piece of LR has been in my tank for 1.5 yrs. There is a white tube that portrudes off of the rock. Never thought anything of it, but now, something with feathers shoots out occasionally. Any ideas without a picture?? The feathers are white

It does look like some on that link Thomas. Thanks. I will try and get a picture of it. It is hidden in the back, so I am not sure what kind of a picture that I can get. Thanks for the info
