Lifegard or Sump??

My lfs just told me that for my intentions (120 gallon aggressive), that it would be better just to get a Lifegard system instead of a sump. What do you think?

I would go with the sump. The water flow you get with a sump alone makes it a NO BRAINER. Plus this being an aggressive tank,you will need to filter as much water per hour as possible.Also use a deep sand bed to avoid uneaten food getting trapped and rotting.
