I have never heard of it. There are only two things that effectively treat ich, hyposalinity and copper. There are directions for both in the common treatments thread at the top of this forum.

As Sep said, Hyposalinity and copper are the only way to go. All the supposed "Reef Safe" Meds are snake oil, IMO. Not only do they not "cure" ich, some may alter your water chemistry specifically your Ph.

Agreed with the above posts. Some products may "work", but they will never kill the ich and the ich may just come right back.
Hyposalinity or copper are the way to go.
