Lighiting help guys?

Hi guys i am about to order the retrofit icecap vhos from champion lighting i might hook these to my canopy or just put them on racks do i need to buy a reflector or is the internal reflector good enough? please someone that has experience with these bulbs help

extra reflector always help.
internal reflector from the bulbs is good but it's better with the external reflector.
