Light and my corals??

OK Heres another one of those same old question. I have a 130 watt PC on my 29 gallon tank. The bulbs are 65wt. 12000K daylight and 65wt Actinic 460nm. Thats 4.4 watts per gallon.
I have Zoo's, Toadstool, and Devils Hand, Is this enought light for them and where would the placing be in the tank for the lighting I have.

Neither of those are too light demanding. They should be fine anywhere.
