Light question.

I am going to run 3 95w VHO light on my 55 Gallon (tank size 48"L X 13"W X 21"H). I am going to use the all URI with the inturnal reflectors. I was just wondering what combo to use. I was thinking of going with 2 of the 10,000K bulbs and one Actinic bulb. Does this sound like it will work ok.:notsure:

i would go with 2 actinic and 1 10k. looks much better, imo..

If I go with 2 actinic's and one 10k will that make it look all neon ish. I want the end result to look really natural

The two 10K's and one actinic would probably be best...if you could put a fourth on and have two of each, that would be ideal.

urgghh! i rather go with 2 actinic. with 2 10k's i dont think its going to have blue look. but i guess if you want the natural look, then go with the 2 10ks

excellent Thanks for the infor I think I will go with the 2 10k's.
Just a quick question: should you always try to keep the ratio between 10k and actinic light 50/50?
