Attachment 232859
Enjoy brilliant aquarium lighting with minimal energy use. This high performance, energy-saving aquarium light provides an amazing 50,000-100,000 hours of reliable, flicker-free lighting. The compact Azoo Neo-Light features 24 LEDs (6 blue and 18 white) that emit a crisp light that simulates bright, marine light conditions. Penetrating and concentrated light creates shimmering light effects similar to metal halide light fixtures but without excess heat output or energy consumption. Durable metal housing is corrosion proof and well-suited for saltwater aquarium use. Adjustable arm bar is connected to an aquarium mount that secures the Azoo Neo-Light to aquarium glass up to 1/4" thick. Measures 10" x 7" high (LED portion measures only 1" dia x 10" long).

So, the queston begs......why do you want a new light for your refuge?
WELL...I have an $8 clip on light from Walmart that has worked.....I noticed a while back it was rusting so I bought another Just in case....well today was the JIC..LOL...So I replaced the light with the new one, and I am thinking MAYBE it would be a good idea to get a light made specifically for aquarium conditions.....

I probably would not use it on my fuge. looks like its made to create a 50/50 spectrum while most of your macro is going to do better oround 5500-6500 K. Not that it dosn't look like a nice pico or nano light I just don't think its gonna give the best spectrum for a fuge.

Well to be honest I just use the cheap clipon shop lights with the daylight powercompact bulb.
Guess I'll stick with what I have been using then...which is the same
thanks again

I say stick with the clip on. IMO there is a lot to be said for the compact flouresent bulbs. The natural daylight bulbs which are right at the 5600K range will do just fine.
If rusting is an issue, I would look at venting the stand a bit. Maybe a fan to blow air through the stand to keep the humidity down.

I have a fan in there....I think I just have to find the right spot for the light....or the right angle so it doesn't get splashed.....
