Light requirements for LR??

Sure. LR doesn't need any light to do what it is supposed to do. Now, you may not get very good coralline coverage with that amount of light, so your rock will probably be less pink and purple than if you had more light, but that's just a cosmetic thing. Lighting isn't a factor for functional LR.

I like the pink/purple colors on the Rock. How much more light would I need to keep them from going away? Thanks

I believe coralline grows under basically any amount of light just in dif colors cause i have it in my fuge which is under 2 15 watt pc's
but it grows better in my 55 gallon which is 2 metal halides and 3 15 watt atinic bubls.....
if you want a lot make sure you dose with a lot of calcium...it helps my growth (well now the coralline is a bit of a problem)
