ok i came home from a short camping trip this weekend, and upon getting home i noticed that my pc bulbs werent lit. the fans and the moon lights still work but i cant get anything out of the big bulbs. the fans and the big bulbs are on the same switch so i have ruled out the switch. does this sound like a ballast is bad? if so can i get one to replace it or should i just buy a new light. by the way it has two 96w bulbs in it and the brand name is odysea. i bought it off that famous auction site, so maybe i just got what i paid for. i have only had it for about 3 months. any help or advice would be great.
