Lighting a 90g

I've finished setting up my 55g softy tank, and now I want to setup my 90g for sps.
Any recommendation for wattage for MH? 400w, 250w, 175w x ? I have an extra 660 icecap ballast that I was planning on running 2 t5 bulbs with the mh ballast, but I don't know which wattage I should go with.

on 2x54w with a 660 will probably blow the bulbs right up retro 4 54w on the 660 and get a 430 for 2 more u will be able to keep sps anywhere
