Lighting advice for a newbie

Hello. I recently bought a 75 gallon tank which came with a single tube strip light. I don't think this is adequet for a saltwater set up and I have noticed that my live rock is starting to turn brown with only small specks of coraline.
I want the coraline to grow but start up expenses are really adding up. I found this light for $47 is it worth it or am I just wasting my money?
Coralife S/W T-5 Aqualight Double Strip Light:
The Coralife S/W Aqualight T-5 is a double lamp fixture ideal for saltwater and reef aquariums. Includes one 10,000K Daylight and one True Actinic 03 Blue T-5 (5/8 diameter) fluorescent lamp. Features an on/off switch, a built in electronic ballast, sleek black aluminum housing, a highly polished reflector, acrylic lens cover and adjustable width tank mounts. T-5 lamps are 14 watts each.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

dont forget that coraline also needs good calcium and alkalinity as well. though lighting is important; i have it growing in my sump under normal output lighting.
if you want to go with coral down the road; those lights are not adequate.
