lighting and cycle

My cycle is almost complete, i have not turned on any lights during it. Do i need to start the lights and let them run a few days before getting a CUC or not?
Its the JBJ HQI 28g with actenics added. Total of 186w. I was going to run actenics 1hr then 150w light for 10hrs and when they go off actenics would stay on for another hr totaling 12 hrs with actenics on all 12.
what do you guys think.
CUC consist of
fire shrimp
5 astera snails
5 nass. snails
1 turbo snail.
I have 30lbs LR

The only things that need lights are coral's and anenome's.

I would think some of those guys might benefit from some of the growth the light might provide . . . like algae and such
