lighting and placement

Hi all i have a few questions for the coral lovers commnuity. I have a Daul compact floresent rated at 192w. . I'm wondering when I add corals to my tank (46gal bow with over 70lbs of LR) where do I need to put Zoos, Galaxea,And green star polyp for best growth top,mid.,bottom.
I guess what i really want to know is the 192w. light concidered to be low med. or high lighting. I know i should have asked these questions befor i bought the corals ps. i know i need spell checker

its considered low to medium at best. try to start off in the middle to see how they fare. after a week or 2, adjust accordingly.

OK day 3 with the pink zoa's and i put them near the top is about 5in from water surface and their not opening if their is to much water flow will that keep them closed?

yes. corals dont like direct flow.
