What kind of light is it? pc's, vho, t5,s, or just an office light or something.
What kind of stuff do you want in the reef?

Metal halide is a bit much for those species. Just make sure the light is about a 8 to 10 inches above the water. The mushrooms might start to melt. Vhos or t5's would work to.

I put that light on my tank and everything loved it. I had run HO T5's and all was ok but it all got great when I added the MH.
