Either the Aqualight Pro with 250w HQI bulbs, or an eight-bulb T5ho retrofit. The eight-bulb Nova isn't worth much, and four isn't enough.

For softies and LPS yes, but if you want anything that's more light demanding 250w might be a better choice over the 150s.

No, 8 individually reflected bulbs over a 90 would allow you to keep anything you wanted.
