lighting/filtration?

i have a 30 long with a marineland hot mangum 30, 1140 marineland powerhead ,11k power-glo, coralife 50/50, 50or55lbs of lr dsb
my ? is will that setup be ok for a blue carpet,frogspawn,shrooms,hammer,open brain,bubble tip,and a condi.
or do i need something please give any advice

If you want that carpet,and corals to THRIVE,you should look into more intence lighting.Try VHO(very high output) or even PC(power compact) flourescent fixtures...

I can't let this one go, because that is the same tank I had.
I used a 150 watt 10,000k halide jacked up pretty high with a couple pc actinics. Everything grew like crazy.
Birthday boy is right on, just giving you another option that worked well for my 30 long.
Your setup is ok, but I am not sure about a hammer. Mine seemed greedy for light. I am just guessing here, because I don't know the total of your watts.
