Lighting for 10g

Hi everyone out there with a 10g tank. I'va had a 10g setup for a while now (1 or 2 months) and when I'm done with it I wanna turn it into a nano reef.. What type of lights would you guys recommend for it? I plan on keeping softies and LPS. Also what fish could I put in it? I'm thinking some kind of shrimp gobie but if I can't find any maybe a pair of clowns... For inverts I'm thinking a peppermint shrimp or 2 and if I can find the shrimp gobie then a shrimp for it to pair with. And also what kind of cleanup crew should I get?
Thanks

I was also wondering if sea horses would be possible in the tank? Without any other fish of course.. Maybe a pair of small sea horses? would they be compatible with the coral? or would they get stung all the time?

thats why seahorses are not usually reef safe b/c they will latch on to corals and get stung sorry
