lighting for 125-gallon Reef Tank

Any suggestions on lighting for our 125-gal reef w/corals and fish. We would like to use a retrofit. I was going to use a IceCap Retro Kit, is this a good one?

i use 2x250 MH with an icecap retrofit that houses two 6 foot actinic's... works awesome im eventually adding a third halide though

Thanks for the info. Is 3-175w metal halides and 2-160w VHO enough light it's 845 watts total. Which VHO bulb should I use? Super Actinic Blue or Actinic White 50/50 or Aqua Sun Daylight?

IMO is PERFECT!!! great growth and very healthy looking corals! its what i use and prefer anyway
as far as which actinic i use super actinics becaus ei run 10K halides.. if i were to run 20K halides i would tone the blue down and only use regular actinics or maybe 50/50 since the 20K halides throw alot of blue!
