lighting for 210 reef

Was looking at buying a 6 ft marisatar with 3 250 mh and 4 t5s,But seems pricey.Are they worth the money.Will this be enough want to keep lps soft corals and acouple of sps.Or would you guys go in another direction.I don't think I am going with a canopy but if I did can I use a strip light.Thanks for any help Bill.

On my 210 I have a canopy and I run three 400w 14000k retro kit... If you want to keep corals at the bottom you will need the 400w. You have a lot of water to penetrate... JMO
