lighting for 29 gallon reef

I'm just setting up my 29 gallon for a reef and what to know what the best lighting that will fit under the hood would be. I was using HO lighting will mainly fish only but now i want to go with reef. What lighting should i go with? Thanks for your help

on my 29 gallon i have 300 watts of VHO. You can do something like that or get MH.

what kind of corals do you have and do you have any pics

in there now i have a frogspawn, hammer, zoos, shrooms, colt, 2 Bubble tip anemones, candy canes, xenias. and i think thats it. I havent taken any new pics lately

little buck you have any sites? to look at lights.. i was planning on gettin a reef too i also have a 29 gal.. but i have like a eclipse marine 3 light and filter combo.. i was wondering if ic ould just change out the light with screws

you can get the pro aqualights.they are a combo of coralife but includes the MH's.(Beutiful lighting)
