Well if you want a variety and unlimited options, then Metal Halides for sure. I think the losest wattage is 70w and that would be good for a 10g. I had 150w MH (Sunpod 14K) on a 10g and evaporation spiked salinity and crashed the tank. You don't want too much lighting and always stay on top of testing your parameters on such a small tank.

id also go with a 70 watt halide or some kind of PC fixture. Think Viper might have a 70 watt halide clamp
