lighting for a 125 reef

Just got a new 125 and I was looking to get some MH's to keep both lps and sps. You guys think 3 175 watt will be ok to keep sps or should I go with 3 250watt?

I'd go with (3) 250w, given that you want to keep SPS.

Go with the 250W, it's what I have on my 125. And I recommend 4 of them to eliminate dark areas.

yup, do the 250w. 175w will work, but might as well just spend the few extra bucks and not worry about keeping corals on top/ bottom.
