No, not enough light for an enemone. Anemones like a lot of light...although they will eat supplementally, they are photosynthetic.

No your tank is to tall for those lights to work. You would need 4-5 96 watt pc to keep your corals alive.

most tanks come with a T12 so yes that light is much better but still I have that light on my 46 bow and can only keep shrooms and some leathers on the top rocks.
