Lighting for a 5 1/2 Gallon Nano?????????????????????????????

I found this Odyssea 13" 24W Power COmpact, is that good enoguht to keep solft corals in there? i know i would have to get a 50/50 bulb for it, but is that good? Or do you have any other suggestions. Keep in mind that i only am wanting to spend no more thatn $40 on this light (the one i mentioned was $24)

thats enough but odyssea is a little sketchy. You should be fine because its pcs but my ballast for the halides i bought from them lit on fire. I came into the room and there was a big circle around the ballast of some sort of clay.

lol team2, i think this'll be the 6th? set of lights i've heard about of yours that have cought on fire, but i think your lights'll be fine, most softies need 3-5 watts a gallon, 24 watts divided by 5 1/2 gallons =4.3watts a gallon, you're good to go :joy:

no ive just told about the same lights 6 times. odyssea 150 watt hqi with dual 16w actinics. stalker
