Lighting for a reef 55 gallon

hey guys..............does anyone have any recommendations for a certain kind of lighting for my tank........its a 55 gallon and i plan to have a few corals.......which demand medium light...........so does anyone have any suggestions...........i already ruled metal halides out............

I have a 55 that I run CSL retrofit Power compacts on. I have 3 x 65 watts and a 15w actinic. I am soon upgrading my 15 to a 65 w actinic.

i would go with 3 50/50 vho and 1 actinic vho.

I use 4 55w pc's. 2 03 actinics come on at 10 AM.The 6700's come on at 11AM. The 6700's go off at 8PM and the actincs go off at 9pm. Everything except SPS corals do extremely well.
