lighting for anemone will this do?

and (2)Nte-Vu LED Moorlights
and what is a Ventilated Reflector? it has that too.
i have all that im just not sure if it will be any good. i have very small coral that seam to be ok in there.

Ventilated reflector probably means just that. No built in fan but vents to let the heat escape from the light fixture.

The best thing you could do right now is to get 1 or 2 easy to keep fish and let your tank and mind mature for a while. Get some books and do lots of research. I'm not getting on your case, but I absolutely guaruntee that you are not ready for an anemone.
