What kind of lighting will i need to keep one or two anemones in my tank?I currently have a 40 watt 46" lights in my canopy.

What are those?And where would i get them?And would they fit my stock light housing?

What size tank is it and do you know what type of anemone(s) you want.
Best to stick with one for now, they are rather delicate and many find them difficult, fact is most of them die in the first 6 months to year.
Lighting is the key factor because they are photsynthetic animals. Plan on the best that you can afford.
PC=Power Compact
VHO= Very High Output (a personal favorite of mine)
MH=Metal Halide (the cadillac of the lighting for aquariums)
There are even VHO/MH combo's
Knowing what type of anemone you want will help with that choice. Also knowing if you want corals will help. But its hard to go wrong with MH lighting, its just expensive.
